  • "Content" refers to text, images, videos, audio, and any other materials uploaded, shared, or transmitted through the Service.
  • "Business" refers to users who register to list products and connect with influencers.
  • "Influencer" refers to users who register to promote products and create content.

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Service. By submitting Content, you grant Adscod a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit Content and that your Content does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adscod and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of such features. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase as per our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADSCOD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adscod and its licensees, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
