Transaction fees explained
What advertisers are charged, and what creators and publishers keep.
Advertisers — pay per click, action, or impression
Advertisers are billed only for activity Argus verifies as genuine, at the bid they set for their pricing model — CPC (from $0.40/click), CPA (from $3.50/action), or CPM (from $1.50 per 1,000 impressions). There are no subscription fees, setup fees, or charges for fraud-flagged activity.
Creators — revenue share
- Brand Campaign cards — creators earn 65% of what the advertiser pays for the activity on their page (per click, conversion, or 1,000 impressions)
- Brand affiliate commission — creators earn 65% of the commission the advertiser sets, on campaigns with affiliate tracking enabled
Publishers — revenue share
Publishers keep 65% of revenue generated from verified clicks, conversions, and impressions served through the API.
Withdrawal fees
On top of the payment provider's own processing fee, Adscod charges a withdrawal processing fee — 2.5% for standard withdrawals (5-7 business days) or 4.5% for express/same-day withdrawals. This applies to creator and publisher withdrawals; it isn't deducted from deposits, only from money leaving the platform.
Withholding tax on creator earnings
Creator withdrawals have withholding tax (WHT) deducted before payout — 15% by default, reduced to 6% if you've added a valid TIN in Settings. Each payout shows the gross amount, the WHT deducted, and the net transfer separately, so nothing is deducted silently.
Payment processing
Flutterwave processing fees for funding (card, bank, mobile money) are disclosed at the time of the transaction in your dashboard — Adscod does not add hidden markups on top of the fees listed above.
