Payout setup – mobile money and bank transfer
Set up how creators and publishers receive their earnings.
Supported payout methods
- Mobile money: M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and other regional providers via Flutterwave
- Bank transfer: direct to a local bank account
- Both methods are available to creators and publishers in supported African markets
Setting up your payout method
- 1Go to Wallet and Earnings in your dashboard
- 2Select Add Payout Method
- 3Choose mobile money or bank transfer
- 4Enter your phone number (for mobile money) or account details (for bank transfer)
- 5Confirm: verification is instant for most mobile money providers
Minimum withdrawal
Creator minimums vary by method: around $5 for mobile money, $10 for card, $20 for bank transfer. Publisher withdrawals need roughly $75 accumulated first. Both are withdrawable on demand once you clear the relevant minimum; neither role is on a fixed monthly payout cycle.
Timing
- Creator mobile money withdrawals: instant
- Creator bank transfers: typically 5-7 business days (same-day with the express fee)
- Publisher payouts: on demand, swept hourly into your withdrawable balance as earnings clear; request a payout whenever you're above the minimum
