Closing Your Account

How to permanently close your Adscod account, and what happens to your balance.

Before You Close

• Withdraw any available creator or publisher earnings — closing your account does not auto-withdraw your balance
• Withdraw or note any unused advertiser wallet balance — check your dashboard for refund options
• Download any data you want to keep via a data export

Closing the Account

1. Go to Account Settings > Account
2. Select Close Account
3. Confirm via the email verification step
4. Your bio page, campaigns, and API access are deactivated immediately

What Happens to Your Data

We retain transaction records as required for financial compliance, but your public bio page and profile information are removed. This action cannot be undone.

Need a Pause Instead?

If you just want a break, pause your campaigns or toggle Brand Campaigns off instead of closing your account — your bio page, earnings history, and API key all stay intact.
