These guidelines govern the submission, display, and moderation of campaign collaboration reviews on the Adscod platform. They ensure reviews are authentic, helpful, and trustworthy.

Reviews are a cornerstone of the Adscod platform experience. They help brands make informed collaboration decisions and recognise creators who deliver quality campaign content and services.
These Review Guidelines supplement our General Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1.1 Reviews on Adscod exist to provide genuine, first-hand feedback on campaign collaborations and services delivered through the platform.

2.2 One review is permitted per campaign per participant. Duplicate reviews for the same campaign will be removed.
Note: Reviews tied to campaigns that are later disputed (via escrow dispute resolution) may remain visible but will be labelled accordingly.

4.2 Photos and videos are encouraged when they illustrate your experience (e.g., campaign deliverable quality, communication, collaboration process).
4.3 Reviews should be relevant to the specific campaign. Comments about unrelated campaigns, other brands, or general platform feedback should be directed to our support channels.

If you have a dispute about a transaction, please use the Adscod dispute resolution process rather than the review system. See our Customer Terms for dispute procedures.
6.1 If you participated in a campaign at a reduced rate, received complimentary access, or collaborated in exchange for a review, you must clearly disclose this in your review.
6.2 If you are a creator who participated in an Adscod campaign, your review will be automatically tagged as a “Campaign Review” and linked to the campaign disclosure.
6.3 Failure to disclose material relationships violates both these guidelines and applicable advertising regulations (e.g., FTC Endorsement Guides, relevant African consumer protection laws).
7.1 Adscod reviews all submitted reviews against these guidelines. Moderation may be automated, manual, or a combination.
7.2 We reserve the right to remove or hide reviews that:
7.3 Brands and creators may report reviews they believe violate these guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Neither party can remove legitimate negative reviews.
7.4 If your review is removed, you will be notified with a reason. You may submit an appeal within 14 days by contacting support@adscod.com.

8.2 Aggregate ratings displayed on creator and brand profiles are calculated from all verified, non-removed reviews. Adscod does not manipulate or weight individual ratings.
8.3 A creator's or brand's aggregate rating may influence their visibility in search results and feed recommendations, as described in our Product Disclosures.
